Kale borroka
Literally 'street fighting' in Basque. Designates the low-intensity violence (burning ATMs, buses, urban furniture) carried out in the Basque Country by the abertzale left's environment during the ETA years.
Kichi
Nickname of José María González, former mayor of Cádiz for Adelante Andalucía/Por Cádiz Sí Se Puede (2015-2023). A symbol of left-wing municipalism in southern Spain.
Operation Kitchen
Parapolice operation allegedly orchestrated from Rajoy's Interior Ministry (2013) to seize sensitive Gürtel documents from former PP treasurer Luis Bárcenas by recruiting his chauffeur as an informant. It is the seventh spinoff of the Tandem macro-case (Villarejo). In 2026 it brought former minister Jorge Fernández Díaz, former state secretary Francisco Martínez and the police leadership of the period to the dock.
